OK so I am reading on CNN.com today that our country will be $407 BILLION dollars in the whole after this year... WTF? I mean seriously stop giving huge corporations such huge tax breaks so they can pay the CEO's a lot of $...Our country was not supposed to work this way... but when you start a country by raping and pillaging I guess why should you stop... I mean I may be crazy but dont you think if the mega corps kicked in maybe 10 or 15% more of the profit back to the gov we could dig ourselves out? It just seems crazy to me oh and they could legalize poker, pot and prostitution, TAX the fuck out of all 3 and erase the debt in 6 months... lol... Why does it seem so easy to fix, oh and maybe stop giving other countries guns then going to kill them 10 years later... lets fix us not the world, then when we are fixed ASK the world if they would like our help, but we arent paying for it... NO MORE IOU's... $407 fucking billion are you serious... we have to have a huge military force when our economy tanks and we try and take over the world... oh wait thats what we are doing already...

Welcome back...
Well since I sold my sunday million ticket I really havent been playing a lot. I have kind of taken a step back from poker. Not feeling the desire to play as much, desire or addiction? LOL Anyhow... I have been playing off and on, I have managed to take the $208 I received for selling my ticket up to around $360 so maybe I dont suck... Alot of my losses had to do with me playing too much and trying too hard... over thinking/playing isnt going to pay off. So I decided to take a step back and just kind of put poker on the back burner and if I feel like playing I do... I dont feel obligated to sit down and play everynight like I was before.
I played a session 2 nights ago that went rather well, sat at .25/.50 NL 6 handed with $30 ran it up to $103 left with $94, hit set of aces with all n preflop against jacks, hit set with 7s, got a couple flushes so really I was running pretty good at that table. I was also not playing many hands and not showing many down... which is why when I tried to run a flush bluff I had to fold on the river for .50 cents into a $15 pot lol... anyhow I like the pace I am on now... dont feel the pressure I was putting on myself before to perform, poker is fun again and that is very important... people are still amazingly stupid though lol
